A classic case of too little too late.... #miweatherSnow or mixed rain/snow will continue today across most areas, before ending from west to east tonight. Highest snow accumulations are expected in northeast lower Michigan, while parts of northwest lower and eastern upper see little to no snow accumulation. Winds will gust to 35 to 40 mph, perhaps stronger along the Lake Huron coastline. The wet, sticky snow and gusty winds could combine to bring down tree limbs and cause power outages. #miweatherIncreasing south winds and sunshine through high clouds will bring unseasonably warm weather to Upper Michigan today as highs will climb into the upper 50s to lower 60s. A weak low pressure system will move through the area tonight bringing scattered light rain showers. Any rainfall amounts will be light, generally less than a tenth of an inch.
