Breezy southerly winds ahead of the front today may keep precipitation rain or a rain/snow mix for locations downwind of the relatively warmer waters of Lake Michigan. Precipitation may gradually turn to freezing drizzle or drizzle behind the front later today into tonight as winds begin to shift northwest. Light snow showers will then spread across Upper Michigan for Sunday with a rain/snow mix near the Lakeshores. Some freezing drizzle is possible in the west on Sunday late in the day.

It is not a good thing when we are looking forward to "warming up" to the high 30s and it's just now mid November... Oh well... it will be a long Winter season unless it warms up in February and Spring comes to us in March and not the normal May.

Is Thursday looking like a big storm? I have an appointment that day.

Our high temperatures during the first half of November typically drop through the 40's and normal lows are in the lower 30's. This year November got off to a very cold start.
